Quality policy

At the core of the company's quality assurance strategy is its quality policy, which has been defined by the Technique Topo Board of Directors for consistency with client expectations:

• Nationwide development in France within the specialization of land surveyor, ensuring the company's long-term prosperity and internal promotion opportunities for all employees
• Focus on client well-being and creation of durable ties with clients, through reactivity and availability, in addition to providing advice and information dedicated to project success
• Submissions that are attractively presented, comprehensible and easy to use
• Compliance with contractually-binding schedules
• The impetus to provide job satisfaction for all staff members
• In-house availability of all required skill categories

Quality management system

Set up in order to apply the company's quality assurance policy, Techniques Topo's quality management system comprises a series of procedures and guidelines developed in accordance with the ISO 9001 international standard.

This quality system encompasses the provision of services (including quote generation), as well as the range of functions necessary to support such services (facility management, human resources, etc.) and overall company management aspects.

Quality assessments are regularly conducted at the time of Board of Director meetings. On these occasions, the various quality-related dysfunctions that may have arisen are submitted for examination and the corresponding improvement measures are adopted.

Audits:

Techniques Topo submits its various offices to regular audits, with the aim of verifying effective operations of the quality system and improving the level of service offered:

• Internal audits, performed by employees specially trained for this task or by professional auditors, according to a schedule determined by the Board of Directors;
• Annual audits, conducted by the SGS Company, devoted to monitoring or renewing the ISO 9001 certification.
