Project management function

The project management mission, dedicated to completing the structural project, may be either comprehensive or partial in scope. It can comprise the following design and assistance components:

• draft project and preliminary design,
• full project design,
• drafting of contractor bid documents,
• works supervision,
• works quantification,
• project owner assistance during the acceptance phase.

Our design organization is composed of engineers and technicians specialized in determining road alignments, running sewer lines, cable networks, overseeing general earthworks, basic engineering structures, environmental impacts and the local street network.
Our involvement spans all phases of a project, from design through final execution.
