Boundary demarcation and real estate appraisals

Boundary demarcation entails all of the operations that lead to defining, marking and maintaining a boundary between two adjacent properties, through application of Article 646 of the French Civil Code. Keep in mind that the boundary marking operation, also known as delimitation, presumes that a preliminary property rights investigation has been completed.
All operations associated with boundary marking and real estate appraisals will be performed by one of the company's certified land surveyors.
In the area of real estate appraisals and given our company's active membership with the national Order of Land Surveyors, we are poised to provide services for any type of real property valuation, participation in property management functions or appraisal dispute resolution procedures (out of court, in court, through arbitration).
