By law, only the land surveyor is authorized to establish property boundaries (Articles 1 and 2 of the May 7, 1946 Law).
Our company, a member of the national Order of Land Surveyors since 1990, offers clients a wide range of legal and technical competences, along with extensive field knowledge, when asked for reliable advice on joint ownership, parcel subdivisions and easements.
The company's 6 staff land surveyors have also been certified by France's Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry to conduct all land surveying functions (establishing parcel boundary maps: official documentation amending the assessor's parcel map).
