Subdivisions of building volumes

The volume subdivision technique enables dissociating a property into several distinct physical spaces in real estate developments with complex floor layouts, including different intended uses (e.g. shopping centers, mixed office/residential use buildings, a single property extending over several stories of a structure, like corridors and utility rooms).
Our staff land surveyors, working in concert with property owners, notary publics, architects and lawyers, will establish property unit boundaries from the subsoil to the aboveground space, in a series of vertical and horizontal drawings along with volume designations of the various property lots.
A volume subdivision status report, comprising volume descriptions, numbering, location, type of use and drawings with color-coded cross-sections to better visualize the geometric boundaries, will be delivered upon completion of the study.
