Many project sponsors (public agencies, property developers, architects, private individuals) require detailed drawings of project buildings in order to design and build the works or manage a real estate portfolio.

  • Building fit-out or rehabilitation project (Architectural recording and technical drawings at various scales, production of elements specific to a building permit application, etc.)
  • Report on building floor areas (gross and net interior floor areas, "Carrez" Law area calculations, living space, rentable floor area, usable floor area, etc.)
