Structural evaluation

Techniques Topo is frequently commissioned to perform inspections and monitoring of strains during the construction of engineering structures at all kinds of worksites (buildings and parking lots necessitating an evaluation of the strains induced in structures adjoining the site, direct inspections on targeted structures, e.g. bridges, aqueducts, retaining walls, pavements), on behalf of institutional clients or private firms.
The methodology adopted (e.g. diagnostic columns equipped with a precision centering plate, polygonization including stable platforms set up outside the worksite, repeat measurements) as well as the equipment implemented (Leica TCA 1800, verified and calibrated on a regular basis + set of polygonization devices to ensure forced centering) enables us to perform high-precision measurements on the structure, and in turn warning project participants of eventual displacements and deformations in both space and time.
